Returns & Replacements

  • Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Replacements:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer replacements at no additional cost to you. Please notify us immediately on receiving your order, and we will guide you through the replacement process promptly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
